If you wish to connect a different Zoom account to FitGrid, first you'll need to disconnect the current integration.

  1. Visit marketplace.zoom.us and sign into your Zoom account.

  2. Follow the instructions from Zoom on how to remove an installed App found here.

  3. Remove FitGrid LIVE.

Once you have done this, you can install the integration again from scratch using the same Zoom account or a different Zoom account using this guide.

*If you do not see FitGrid LIVE listed in your "Installed Apps" or are having trouble removing the FitGrid integration please contact Zoom for support. They can walk you though the process in removing an App from their platform.
