If you wish to connect a different Zoom account to FitGrid, first you'll need to disconnect the current integration.
- Visit marketplace.zoom.us and sign into your Zoom account.
- Click "Manage" in the upper-right corner.
- Click "Installed Apps" on the left side of the screen*.
- Click Uninstall next to FitGrid LIVE.
Once you have done this, you can install the integration again from scratch using the same Zoom account or a different Zoom account using this guide.
*If you do not see FitGrid LIVE listed in your "Installed Apps", please schedule a time to meet with one of our support specialists by clicking here to uninstall your current integration.
