Please keep in mind that FitGrid sits between Mindbody and Zoom, which means that sometimes issues are caused on those platforms that we are unable to troubleshoot. For example, FitGrid Live sends information to Zoom in order to create your classes, generate links, and send emails. After that, the actual functioning of the livestream class is handled exclusively by Zoom.
Even in these cases, we will always do our best to help you diagnose the problem and determine who can fix it, so don't hesitate to reach out.
