The FitGrid Client Services team is available to help troubleshoot and answer any questions you may have. Because the FitGrid system interfaces with both Mindbody and Zoom there may be instances where the issues you are experiencing are outside of the FitGrid system.
The FitGrid system generates the Zoom meeting and sends the links to customers and the instructor. After the link creation, the functionality of Zoom is all through the Zoom system.
Although we cannot diagnose the Zoom system, we can provide feedback and support on best practices and what has been successful for other studios. Beyond that any specific Zoom functionality questions or support requests must be submitted to Zoom.
