FAQ: How do I know whether I have Zoom Basic or Pro?

  1. Look under Account Type.

If this field says "Pro" or "Business" you're using a paid plan! You can integrate with FitGrid.

If this field says "Basic" you'll either need to upgrade or log into another Zoom account that is already on a paid plan.
