Returning New Client Percentage

  • Example: 100 clients attended their first class and 31 of them returned for another visit. This is a 31% "Returning New Client" Percentage

Decreasing Frequency

  • The number of clients at your studio who are exhibiting decreasing attendance characteristics.

Average Lifespan

  • The average duration of time (in days) that clients remain active and attending classes at your studio
