Should you need to end your FitGrid trial or subscription, please read the following information carefully and follow the steps to submit an official cancellation request.

FitGrid trials automatically roll over into paid subscriptions and automatically renew each month on the Silver plan.

  • To cancel your free trial, message us via the Support chat function in your FitGrid studio dashboard. We will send you a link to submit your cancellation request. We require 2 business days to process your trial cancellation.
  • To cancel your active subscription, message us via the Support chat function in your FitGrid studio dashboard. We will send you a link to submit your cancellation request. We require 30 days notice for subscription cancellations. If you request to cancel with less than 30 days before the end of your billing cycle, you'll be billed one more time.

Please note our cancellation form is required in order to verify your identity and document your request. Your official cancellation request date will be the date you submit this form, not the date you request the form.
