Engaged Client Rate

Percent of clients that attended class in the last 30 days, compared to last 90 days

At Risk Clients

Clients with lower attendance in most recent 30 days, compared to previous 30 days

Average Lifespan

Average total days clients are considered active*

*since 10/22, excludes 1x visitors, visited 2x+ in last 30 days
