Four new segments have been added under the Milestone bucket inside the Client Engagement feature.
1. The list of new segments with their descriptions:
a. 100 classes taken (The client has achieved the milestone of completing their 100th class in the past week)
b. 50 classes taken (The client has achieved the milestone of completing their 50th class in the past week)
c. 25 classes taken (The client has achieved the milestone of completing their 25th class in the past week)
d. 10 classes taken (The client has achieved the milestone of completing their 10th class in the past week)
2. These segments can become ‘Urgent’ (will show up under Today filter) when a client just finished their Nth class.
a. For example, the client just attended their 50th class yesterday. The system will consider this client as ‘Urgent’
3. CE filter was expanded with the new segments
4. The automation feature also supports these new milestone segments
How does it work with an example of a client attending their 10th class?
The client attends their 10th class
The segmentation process (update of segments) runs at 2 am
The client will have the 10th class segment attached and also will have the Today label, indicating that this is an Urgent client.
The client will continue to have the 10th class segment for the next 7 days giving the studio time to congratulate them with the milestone.
