FAQ: Why are my instructor emails being sent to the wrong email address?

What to do when your instructor emails are not being sent to the email linked to the Mindbody Staff Profile.

When you register for the FitGrid Pro App, the email address you register with overrides the email address you have on file in your Mindbody Staff Profile for email delivery.

For example if mindbody has test@yahoo.com and you register in the FitGrid Pro app with test@gmail.com all start class links will be sent to test@gmail.com instead of yahoo.

This can cause confusion and potentially delay in the app registration process and/or when emails are received. We suggest only registering using the same email address as the Mindbody staff profile.

If you need to update the email address you have on file in the Pro App go to the Settings gear in the top right corner of the Home tab, then click Change Email and follow the steps.
