FitGrid doesn’t always sync instantly with your booking platform, so if you make changes within your booking platform, you may have to wait a period of time before these changes are reflected in FitGrid. Whether it be the LIVE Dashboard, Pro App or within the Class App.
For this reason, we recommend keeping the following timeframes in mind when updating your schedule and refreshing your Pro App or FitGrid LIVE dashboard:
Mindbody:
Every 10 minutes: Classes scheduled to occur within the next 3 hours (and also classes completed today)
Every 30 Minutes: Classes scheduled to occur within the next 3 hours: The class list will update on the half-hour (e.g. 12:00 and 12:30).
Every hour: Classes scheduled to occur in the next 3 to 24 hours from now
Every day at 2am ET: Classes scheduled to occur during next 7 days
Every day at 3am ET: Classes scheduled between 7 days and 1 month from now
Mariana Tek:
Every 10 minutes: Classes scheduled to occur within the next 3 hours (and also classes completed today)
Every hour: Classes scheduled to occur in the next 24 hours from now
Every day at 12am ET: Classes scheduled to occur during next 7 days
Every day at 1am ET: Classes scheduled between 7 days and 1 month from now
Club Ready:
Every 10 minutes: Classes scheduled to occur within the next 3 hours (and also classes completed today)
Every hour: Classes scheduled to occur in the next 24 hours from now
Every day at 2am ET: Classes scheduled to occur during next 7 days
Every day at 3am ET: Classes scheduled between 7 days and 1 month from now
Note: Class rosters will not populate within the Pro App until a week before the class is scheduled. Until then, you may see classes populated with "No Reservations" within your Pro App.
