Every draft is written for the client you open, with the right reason to reach out and the facts behind every line.
Overview
AI Messages in Client Engagement now write each draft for one client instead of a whole segment. When you open a client, Client Engagement looks at their visits, passes and purchases, survey comments and past messages with your studio. It decides what the message should be about and writes a draft you can check, edit and send. There's nothing to set up: open a client and the draft is already there.
How it works
Check the facts behind every draft. Underlined phrases come from the client's data at your studio. Hover over one to see where it came from, such as a visit, a pass or a survey comment, so you can check a draft in seconds before you send it.
Rate, edit or rewrite. Rate each draft with a thumbs up or down to help improve future drafts. Edit any part of the message before you send it, or click Rewrite to get a new draft.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to set anything up?
No. Open Client Engagement and click any client. The draft is already there.
What changed from before?
Before, you picked a goal and drafts were written for a whole segment. Now each draft starts with one client: what they've done, what they've said and what's coming up for them. Client Engagement picks the reason to reach out for you.
What information does a draft use?
That client's visits, passes and purchases, survey comments, and past messages and replies with your studio. Each draft uses one client's data at your studio, nothing else.
How up to date is the information?
The draft is written when you open the client. In rare cases the details can be up to two hours old, so a class from the last hour may not appear yet.
Will a draft repeat something I already sent?
It shouldn't. Each draft takes your earlier messages and the client's replies into account, and builds on what was said instead of repeating it.
How do I check where a detail came from?
Hover over any underlined phrase in the draft. A card shows the fact behind it, such as a visit date, a pass or a survey comment.
What if a draft gets something wrong?
Edit it, or click Rewrite for a new draft. Give it a thumbs down to tell us it missed. Your ratings help improve future drafts.
Why don't I see the new drafts yet?
We're rolling AI Messages out to studios in stages over the next week. If you don't see it yet, it will be on your account soon.
