We've recently released several updates to the Google Reviews experience within FitGrid Client Feedback.
These changes are designed to provide studios with additional flexibility while creating a more consistent client experience.
What's Changed
Configurable Review Thresholds
Studios can now configure when review prompts appear after a client submits feedback.
Review prompts can be configured based on your studio's settings, or disabled entirely.
If you'd like to review or update your current configuration, please contact the FitGrid team.
Removal of Pre-Filled Review Text
The optional copy/paste review helper has been removed from the review workflow.
Clients who choose to leave a public review will now do so directly through the review platform.
Updated Client Messaging
We've refreshed the messaging shown to clients after feedback submission to provide a cleaner and more consistent experience.
No Action Required
These updates have already been applied to all accounts.
