Sort the Instructor Performance table by Avg Fill Rate %
Review the bottom-ranked instructors (highlighted in yellow).
Click on a specific instructor’s name to see their 13-month fill rate trend.
Use the Instructor Report link to pull up additional detail on client feedback and historical performance.
What to do
Plan coaching conversations, reassign time slots, or set development goals for instructors who are consistently underperforming.

Studio management notices an instructor with high attendance but wants to confirm whether the current pricing for their classes is optimized. They use Talent Optimization to identify the attendance leader, then switch into Pricing Strategy to analyze margins and package performance.
In Talent Optimization, sort instructors by Avg Clients per Class (descending).
Identify a high-attendance instructor (e.g., consistently filling classes at 30+ clients).
Click into their profile to confirm the trend is sustained across months.
Open the Pricing Strategy tool, and use the Instructor drop-down to isolate that instructor.
Sort the table by Value to see which package type is bringing in the most revenue for that instructor

Use these combined insights to decide whether to adjust pricing, introduce premium packages, or modify compensation.

What to do
Combine attendance, workload, and client sentiment data to decide if a raise is justified. If performance is above average and profitability is strong, consider granting the raise or offering premium slots. If not, use the data to explain why pay remains unchanged and set clear performance goals.
