💡 What You Can Do with Pricing Strategy

  • Identify which pricing plans clients actually use

  • Understand how profitable each plan is

  • Compare client behavior across plans

  • Track changes to plan performance over time

🧾 What’s in the Table?

The Pricing Options Table breaks down your client visits and revenue by pricing option (e.g. Unlimited, 10-Class Pack, Intro Offer, etc.) for the selected month.

Key metrics include:

  • Pricing Option Name
The name of the pricing from your system

  • % of Visits
What portion of total visits came from this pricing option

  • Total Clients
Number of unique clients using this pricing option

  • Avg Visits per Client
How often each client visited, on average, using this plan

  • Price per Visit (PPV)
The effective cost per visit, based on how often clients come

  • Visits (total)
Total number of reservations made with this pricing option

  • Value ($)
Total revenue generated by this plan

  • First row is selected by default

  • Sorting is available by clicking column headers

  • “N/A” is shown when data can’t be calculated

  • When selected, PO Expiration appears in a gray box (if available)

📈 Historical Trends (Charts)

When you select a pricing option, the chart shows how it has performed over the last 12 months. You can switch between different performance metrics:

  • % of Visits

  • # of Clients

  • Avg Visits per Client

  • Price per Visit

  • Total Visits

  • Value ($)

Charts include:

  • Clear axes and labels

  • Dynamic scaling to fit the data

  • Easy-to-read monthly markers

  • A dropdown above the chart to change the metric

🧪 Filters & Controls

Use filters at the top of the screen to customize what data is shown:

  • Location (default: All)

  • Instructor (default: All)

  • Month (default: Last full month)

Filter behavior:

  • Filters adjust the numbers in the table, rather than removing rows

  • Filter selections persist during your session

  • Filters automatically update all metrics and the chart

  • Dropdowns include search functionality

  • The “Set Pricing Options” button links to your Instructor Pricing settings
