💡 What You Can Do with Class Economics

  • Identify your most and least profitable classes

  • See which time slots or instructors drive client return rates

  • Compare class performance across locations

  • Spot trends in attendance, revenue, and capacity over time

🧾 What’s in the Table?

Each row in the Class Table represents a unique class slot, defined as:

Class Name + Time of Day + Day of Week + Location

You’ll see performance metrics for the selected month:

Metrics shown in the table:

  • Avg Clients per Class
The average number of clients per session (includes attends, late cancels, and no-shows)

  • Avg Returning Clients
Clients who returned to this class slot more than once in the month

  • Avg Fill Rate
How full your classes were — based on capacity usage

  • Avg Revenue per Class
Average revenue per session (based on visit-level pricing)

Extra tips:

  • You can sort by any column

  • Use the search bar to find a specific class

  • Clicking a row highlights it and updates the chart below

📈 Historical Trends (Charts)

When you select a class slot, the chart updates to show performance over the past 13 months.

You can choose from three chart views:

  • Avg Clients & Returning Clients (displayed as two bars)

  • Fill Rate

  • Revenue

Each chart includes:

  • Labeled axes and months

  • Proper scaling for easy comparison

  • Clean, easy-to-read formatting

🧩 Header KPIs (Tiles)

At the top of the page, you’ll see 4 key metrics that give you a quick snapshot:

  • Avg Clients per Class

  • Avg Returning Clients

  • Avg Fill Rate

  • Avg Revenue per Class

Each one:

  • Reflects the current filter settings

  • Shows a % change from the previous month

  • Uses color-coded arrows (green = improvement, red = decline)

🧪 Filters & Controls

Filters let you narrow in on specific data:

  • Location (default = All)

  • Instructor (default = All)

  • Month (default = Last full month)

Note: Filters affect what rows are shown, but not how rows are defined.

Other controls:

  • Filter dropdowns have a search function

  • Clicking “Set Pricing Options” opens your instructor pricing config page

  • Filter selections persist while you're using the tool

🔍 Where to Find It

Navigation:

Menu → FG Advisor → Business Health Dashboard → Class Economics (default tab)

Other tabs available:
