What Are Custom Questions?
Custom Questions are a powerful feature in FitGrid’s Studio Surveys that allow enterprise fitness brands to enforce consistent feedback collection across all locations.
These questions are set at the brand level and automatically propagate to every studio under the brand’s umbrella.
Key Features:
Mandatory: Location managers cannot edit or remove these questions. This ensures consistency in data collection across all locations.
Automatic Deployment: Questions are deployed simultaneously to all studios, streamlining survey management for large, multi-location brands.
Data Visibility: While aggregated response insights are viewable in FG HQ (outside the scope of this support article), Brand Managers can use the data to:
Compare performance across locations
Set internal benchmarks and performance targets
Track historical responses, even after questions are archived
Why Use Brand Defined Questions?
They’re ideal for brands that want to:
Align feedback collection across all studios
Track brand-wide performance on key topics
Standardize insights to support strategic decision-making
Enforce compliance with enterprise-level initiatives
Note: Brand Defined Questions are separate from FG Curated Questions, which are optional and updated by FitGrid to reflect trends and seasonal opportunities.
