This guide provides an overview of the new management features for Studio Surveys, which include:
Adding new questions to a Studio Survey.
Removing/archiving existing questions.
Enabling/disabling questions.
Reordering questions.
Note: The sending logic remains unchanged. Studio Surveys are still part of the instructor feedback email and are sent at 2x the frequency of instructor feedback.
Studio Admin Updates
Default Questions
When the Studio Survey feature is enabled, two default inactive questions will appear.
Studio Admins need to manually create and/or activate questions using the Manage Survey button.
Manage Survey Modal
Clicking the Manage Survey button opens a new modal where you can:
Add a Question: Create up to 5 total questions.
Toggle Question Active/Inactive: Enable or disable specific questions.
Archive a Question: Remove a question permanently.
Archived Questions View
Admins can view archived questions and their statistics, including:
Number of responses.
Average rating.
Important: Archived questions cannot be restored. If needed, you must create a new question.
Survey Landing Page
When clients complete the Studio Survey, they will see a landing page containing up to 5 total questions.
Responses Tab
The Responses tab has not changed. It now includes additional answers based on the newly added questions.
